Our Story
Listings do not sell on camera quality, they sell on consistency
Every agent has a story about photos that came back a week late, or a set where half the rooms are warm and half are blue, or the one shoot where the living room looked nothing like the living room. That inconsistency costs showings, and it costs far more than the photography did.
Photo-Tech, Inc. was built around removing it. We work from 1310 Western Pine Circle in Sarasota, covering Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte and Lee counties, shooting real estate, architecture, product, drone and video work.
The approach is deliberately systematic. Every interior is shot from planned positions at consistent heights. Every frame is exposure blended, color corrected and vertically straightened. Every delivery arrives the next business day in two sizes, one for MLS upload limits and one at full resolution for print and web. You get the same result on the fifth shoot that you got on the first.
The technical side matters beyond aesthetics. Drone work requires an FAA Part 107 certificate and airspace awareness, not just a drone. Real estate editing carries genuine misrepresentation risk if pushed too far. Product photography lives or dies on repeatable lighting across dozens of SKUs. Those are the parts we take seriously so our clients do not have to think about them.

Shooting here has specific challenges. Bright exteriors against dim interiors create extreme dynamic range. Waterfront views blow out unless exposures are blended properly. Afternoon storms move in fast and kill drone windows. Pool and lanai spaces need light balanced between covered and open areas.
We schedule and shoot around those realities rather than fighting them, which is why we ask about orientation and water views when you book.
