2. Pricing

Prices published on this website apply to standard shoots within 25 miles of Sarasota and are subject to change. Square footage figures, image counts and inclusions define what each package covers. Commercial, architecture and product photography is quoted per project. Travel, rush delivery, extended licensing and additional services are billed separately. The binding price is the one confirmed in writing at booking.

3. Turnaround Times

Next business day delivery is our standard target for photography, and we hit it the overwhelming majority of the time. It is a target, not a guarantee. Peak season volume, equipment failure, weather rescheduling and extended shoots can affect it, and we will tell you promptly when they do.

4. Portfolio Examples

Project descriptions and category panels on this site illustrate the type of work we perform. The color panels used throughout are design elements, not photographs of client properties. Descriptions are representative and do not promise identical results, image counts or turnaround for another property.

5. Drone Availability

Drone photography is subject to FAA regulations, airspace restrictions, weather, wind and visibility. Some properties fall within controlled airspace where authorization is required and may be denied or delayed, and some communities restrict drone operation independently. We check airspace before every booking and will tell you promptly if aerial work is not possible. Where a flight cannot legally or safely occur, that element is not charged.

6. Image Representation

Our editing enhances how a property presents without misrepresenting it. Sky replacement, color correction and exposure blending are standard industry practice. We do not remove property defects or neighboring structures. Where images are virtually staged, they are labeled as such, and maintaining that disclosure in a listing is the client's responsibility.

7. Measurements And Floor Plans

Floor plans and square footage figures we produce are approximate, generated for marketing purposes from on site measurement. They are not surveys, appraisals or architectural drawings, and they should not be relied upon for construction, valuation or legal purposes. Buyers should verify all dimensions independently.
