Square footage is total under air. Bundled packages price below the sum of individual services. Commercial, architecture and product work is quoted per project after a short scoping call.
What Affects Price
Why one shoot costs more than another
Most of it is predictable, which is why we can publish rates at all. These are the factors that move a quote.
- Square footage. More space means more rooms, more setups and more editing time. It is the primary driver.
- Image count. Packages cap at a sensible number for the size. Additional images are available per frame.
- Services bundled. Drone, floor plan, tour and video each add shoot and edit time, though bundling saves versus booking separately.
- Twilight or golden hour. A separate visit at a specific time, so it carries its own fee.
- Travel. Within 25 miles of Sarasota is included. Beyond that is billed per mile.
- Turnaround. Next business day is standard. Same day rush carries a fee.
- Complexity. Occupied properties, difficult lighting and tight spaces take longer than a staged vacant home.

Booking & Payment
Money questions
When do I pay?
Payment is due on delivery for standard listing work, before the gallery link is released. Established agents and brokerages can be set up with monthly invoicing.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours notice at no charge. Inside 24 hours, or if we arrive and cannot shoot because the property is not accessible or not ready, a $95 trip fee applies.
Is travel included?
Within 25 miles of Sarasota, yes. Beyond that we add $1.25 per mile round trip, quoted up front so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Agents and brokerages shooting several listings a month can be set up on a volume rate with monthly billing. Ask and we will put together a schedule.
What if the listing does not sell and we reshoot?
Reshoots after staging changes or a price repositioning are billed at a reduced return rate, since we already know the property and the light.
Can I buy just the drone images?
Yes. Drone only bookings carry a minimum of $199 to cover the trip, or $149 when added to a photo package on the same visit.
